Your Virtual Consultation with Dr. Spandana
A WhatsApp or video call with Dr. Spandana. Share what is going on, ask your questions, and hear your options. No commitment.
If you have X-rays or a CBCT scan, send them and she will review them herself before the call. If you have already been given a treatment plan or a quote at home, send that too. She will tell you what she would do differently, what she would leave alone, and whether the trip is worth making at all. If it is not, she will say so.

Your Written Treatment Plan
After the call you receive a written treatment plan: the procedure, the number of appointments, how many days you would need to be in Hyderabad, and the itemised cost.
You decide about flights holding that document, not before it.

Travel, Visa and Where You Will Stay
Once you decide to proceed, we build your trip plan: treatment duration, number of visits, recommended stay, accommodation options and general travel guidance.
Rajiv Gandhi International Airport is around 25 minutes from the clinic, with direct and one-stop flights from the Middle East, Europe, Southeast Asia and Australia. A treatment letter is provided for your medical visa application. Comfortable accommodation and serviced apartments sit within 10 to 15 minutes of the clinic, and for patients who would rather stay closer, Dr. Spandana has a studio suite in the same building, subject to availability.

Your First Day at the Clinic
Your first day is diagnostic. Digital X-rays, a 3D CBCT scan if needed, clinical evaluation, photographs, and a finalised treatment plan that you approve before anything begins.
If what we find changes the plan, and occasionally it does, you are told before treatment starts rather than after.

Treatment and Clearance to Fly
Unhurried, precise, calm. Treatment is followed by review appointments to check healing and settle the bite, and you are only cleared to fly once Dr. Spandana is satisfied you are fit to travel.
You leave with your complete records, your aftercare protocol, and a scheduled follow-up.
What an 8-Day Dental visit from looks like?

What happens after you fly home?
Your Complete Dental Records
Radiographs before and after treatment, your CBCT scan, clinical notes, the treatment sequence performed, and dated photographs. Sent to you digitally as well as handed to you, and shared with your dentist at home whenever you want them to have them. Any dentist, anywhere, can then continue your care with complete information.
Your Implant Passport
The implant system, model, diameter, length and batch number for every fixture placed. This is what allows a dentist in your own country to source matching components without guesswork.
Ask any clinic abroad for this before you commit. If they hesitate, that tells you something.
Your Written Aftercare Protocol
What is normal in the first week, what is normal in the first month, what is not normal at any point, and what to do about each. Written in plain language, not clinical shorthand.
A Direct Line to the Clinic, Not a Contact Form
Dr. Spandana's clinic WhatsApp, with your time zone accounted for. If something concerns you, send a photograph and a message. If it needs a call, we arrange one. For routine follow-ups we offer remote video consultations at no charge for the first year after treatment.

About the Treatment
Is dental treatment in India safe?
Yes. Our clinic follows ADA and CDC-compliant sterilization protocols and uses the same implant systems and materials used in the US and Europe. Many international patients travel specifically because our standards match and in some cases exceed what they would receive at home.
Which implant brands do you use?
We offer three tiers: Israeli (Adin), Korean (Osstem, Dentium), and American/European (Zimmer, Straumann). Dr. Spandana will recommend the right choice for your specific case and explain the reasoning before you commit.
What if I need additional work after I return home?
Your digital records are shared with you and, on request, with your home dentist, so any local dentist can continue care. For routine follow-ups, we offer remote video consultations at no charge for the first year after treatment.
Do you offer warranties on implants and crowns?
Yes. Warranty terms vary by implant brand and are explained clearly in your treatment plan before you commit. American/European implants typically carry the longest manufacturer warranty.
