Dental Crowns & Bridges in Hyderabad

Restore damaged or missing teeth with personalised treatment designed to protect your long-term oral health.

Every smile is different, and so is the right treatment.

Depending on your oral health, the best solution may be preserving your natural tooth, restoring it with a dental crown, replacing a missing tooth with a bridge, or considering a dental implant. Our goal is to recommend what’s best for your long-term oral health.

What Are Dental Crowns & Dental Bridges?

Dental crowns and dental bridges are restorative treatments used to repair damaged teeth and replace missing ones. A dental crown is a custom-made cap that strengthens and protects a damaged tooth, while a dental bridge replaces one or more missing teeth by using neighbouring teeth or dental implants for support.

When might you need a Dental Crown or Bridge?

Sometimes the tooth genuinely cannot be kept, and saying so early saves you money and discomfort. That usually means one of these:

A crown helps protect and strengthen the tooth, reducing the risk of fractures during normal chewing.

A tooth is broken or worn down

When too much natural tooth structure has been lost, a crown can restore its shape, strength, and function.

A large filling is failing

If an old filling has weakened the surrounding tooth or shows signs of leakage or cracks, a crown may provide a more predictable long-term restoration.

You have a cracked tooth

In suitable cases, a crown can help hold the tooth together and reduce stress on the crack during biting and chewing

Improve appearance of a single tooth

Crowns may be advised for teeth that are severely worn, misshapen, or discoloured when more conservative cosmetic options are unlikely to get the desired result.

Our philosophy is simple

We recommend a dental crown only when it is clinically necessary. If your tooth can be predictably restored with a filling, inlay, or onlay, we’ll always discuss those more conservative options first.

Crowns vs Bridges vs Dental Implants: Which is right for you?

During your consultation, we’ll explain all suitable options and recommend the one that offers the most predictable and conservative outcome for your smile.

FAQs

Dental crowns at our clinic start from ₹4,000 per tooth. We offer PFM, Zirconia, and Premium Ceramic (E.max) crowns. The most suitable option depends on the location of the tooth, your bite, functional requirements, and aesthetic preferences. We’ll recommend the most appropriate material based on your individual clinical needs.

Dental crowns typically last 10 to 15 years, and many last longer with good oral hygiene and regular dental check-ups. Their longevity depends on factors such as the material used, the health of the supporting tooth, your bite, and your oral hygiene habits.

Dental bridges at our clinic start from ₹12,000. The final cost depends on the number of teeth being replaced, the type of bridge, the material chosen, and your individual treatment requirements.
Dental bridges typically last 10 to 15 years, and many continue to function well for longer with proper care. Their longevity depends on the health of the supporting teeth, the material used, your bite, and regular maintenance.
Dental crown treatment is performed under local anaesthesia to keep you comfortable. You may experience mild sensitivity for a short period after the tooth is prepared, but this usually settles within a few days.
Yes. While the crown itself cannot decay, the natural tooth beneath it can develop decay around the margin if plaque accumulates. Maintaining good oral hygiene and attending regular dental check-ups helps keep the tooth healthy
Neither treatment is universally better. A dental bridge may be suitable when the neighbouring teeth require restoration or when an implant is not the preferred option. A dental implant may be recommended when replacing a missing tooth without involving adjacent teeth is the most appropriate long-term solution. We’ll explain all suitable options during your consultation.
Yes. Once you’ve adjusted to your new bridge, you can enjoy most everyday foods. Avoid biting directly into very hard objects, and maintain good oral hygiene, including cleaning beneath the bridge as advised.
Most crowns and bridges are completed in two visits, usually a week to ten days apart. The first visit is for preparation, impressions, and a temporary crown. The second is the fitting. Some cases need a third visit if the bite requires adjustment, or if the tooth needs root canal treatment first. We tell you the number of visits at the consultation, before you commit.
